Melanie Ledoux Toups

Melanie Ledoux Toups is a distinguished member of our community. Melanie's journey in education spans decades, commencing with her graduation from the BCHS Class of 1979. Her vast experience encompasses various roles across six districts, including teacher, counselor, diagnostician, and principal, as well as adjunct educator at Lamar State College-Orange and Lamar Institute of Technology. 

Melanie currently serves as a part-time educational diagnostician at Bob Hope Charter School. She resides in Bridge City with her husband Jerry and treasures the moments she shares with her children, their spouses, and five grandchildren.

 Beyond her professional accomplishments, Melanie actively participates in ministry by leading women's Bible studies and engaging in mission trips. She is enthusiastic about reconnecting with BCHS alumni and becoming a valuable member of this exceptional community. We welcome Melanie and acknowledge the wealth of experience and dedication she brings to the Bridge City High School Alumni Foundation.
